Terms & Conditions
1. General
These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to all offers, sales, and purchases of products ("Products") sold by Oxizan Petrochemical ("Company") across all platforms, including but not limited to online, in person, and through direct orders.

2. Agreement
By ordering Products from Oxizan Petrochemical, the customer ("Customer") agrees to be bound by these Terms. No other terms or conditions shall apply unless agreed upon in writing by the Company.

3. Product Information
The Company endeavors to ensure that all product information is accurate and up-to-date. However, the Company does not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

4. Pricing and Availability
Prices for Products are subject to change without notice. All prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping charges unless otherwise stated. Availability of Products may vary, and the Company reserves the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue products without notice, even if you have already placed your order.

5. Orders
Orders are not binding upon the Company until accepted by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

6. Payment
Payment must be made in full by a payment method accepted by the Company prior to shipment of Products. All payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the payment service provider.

7. Delivery
The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Product as described in the order confirmation. However, occasional delays are possible due to unforeseen factors. The Company shall not be liable for any delays or failure to deliver products within the estimated timescales.

8. Risk and Title
The risk of loss and title for Products pass to the Customer upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.

9. Returns and Refunds
Products may be returned by the Customer in accordance with the Company's return policy in effect at the time of return. No returns shall be accepted without prior approval from the Company.

10. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

12. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes.
