Shipping Policy

1. General Information All orders are processed upon receipt of a valid contract agreement. We strive to ensure that product availability is clearly communicated during the contracting process.

2. Delivery Location Products are available for delivery worldwide unless restricted by export control laws.

3. Delivery Time Estimated delivery times are provided during the contracting process and are subject to change depending on logistical factors and customer requirements. Oxizan Petrochemical will provide regular updates to keep you informed of any changes.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are determined by the weight, volume, and destination of the shipment, as well as the selected shipping method. These costs will be detailed in the contract.

5. Inspection Customers have the option to request a third-party inspection (TPI) before shipping. Oxizan Petrochemical guarantees the quality of its products and encourages inspections to ensure satisfaction. All costs associated with the TPI inspection are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damage During Transport In the unlikely event that a product is damaged during transport, the customer must report the damage immediately to both Oxizan Petrochemical and the shipping carrier. We will assist in resolving the issue in accordance with the terms of the contract.

Returns Policy

1. No Returns After Contract Finalization Please note that once a contract is executed and the product is shipped, returns are not possible. Oxizan Petrochemical ensures that all products meet high-quality standards, and we encourage buyers to conduct a TPI inspection prior to shipping.

2. Quality Guarantee Oxizan Petrochemical stands behind the quality of its products. Any disputes regarding product quality are handled on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the terms of the contract.

3. Cancellations Order cancellations are not accepted after the contract has been signed and the product manufacturing or procurement process has begun.

4. Exceptions Any exceptions to this policy can only be made at the discretion of Oxizan Petrochemical management, based on the specifics of the contractual agreement.
